Why we started
Two friends, one Australian and one Kiwi, who kept hearing the same complaints about web agencies.
Agencies that overpromised, handed the work to someone else, then went quiet for a month at a time. Bex and Heath have been friends for over ten years, and they heard those stories from small business owners again and again.
So in 2026 they started KY Web to work differently. You get a fixed price before anything starts, you talk to the people building your site, and you hear from us along the way. If you’re not happy with the finished site, the 30-day guarantee means you’re not stuck with it.

Development & SEOHeath does the building. Heath has been making websites since 2018, including more than 30 for another agency before KY Web started. Site speed, Google, and anything that has to connect to another system sit with Heath.
